WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

Legal and official employment. New employees are hired in compliance with the requirements set by the Russian Labor Code

Health insurance. Following the end of the probation period each employee is provided with a voluntary health insurance card

Coaching. Each new employee is assigned to a mentor who supports, advises and answers all related questions throughout the adaptation period

Corporate learning center. We conduct regular intensive trainings and roundtables for experience exchange within the working process and we also invite experts in various areas of the Company activities to take part. We also have a well-developed e-learning system (remote training)

Participation in various industry meetings such as scientific conferences, SPE events, seminars and workshops. We actively participate in the activities organized by the professional association by attending SPE conferences, onsite and offsite corporate seminars and field trips

The scope of projects for graduation qualification papers includes only real-life industry problems. We offer assistance to graduate students in selecting research topics for diplomas and we are eager to share our professional experience. You can use our platform to create a solution, adapt it to real field conditions and if it proves efficient and successful during testing and assessment, introduce it in into the production process
